Rapidcare started off the same as my previous supplier, friendly, helpful, understanding and good reliable delivery. Then like my previous supplier they slowly went down hill on deliveries to the point this month (March 2024) they have totally failed to deliver my repeat prescription on time and I have totally run out of some of the items and I’m unable to replace my bag.

Have been using for 2 years, few teething problems but always resolved quickly and very good efficient service. Fast delivery and anways quick to respond to changes needed, as long as stoma nurse adds to prescription. Love the monthly text reminder reordering service - just reply “Yes” and repeat order gets delivered within a few days. Staff always helpful and friendly. Will be sticking with them as long as service remains as is at the moment.

Don't depend on delivery Warehouse frequently not sending parcels although advised had done so. Think again if needing a reliable service
