I have been a customer for 19 years. In the last 5 years the availability of my order has not been satisfactory ,I also have problems with speaking direct to the care team as I have been told nobody is available.

I have been with Fittleworth for 20 yrs or so and it used to be straightforward but lately been a little harder and sometimes confusing need more phone operators. And for some could be hard to use Internet especially older people.
