Read lots of very good reviews for Fittleworth. However, every single month Fittleworth doesn’t honour my order; examples, doesn’t deliver, fails to procure Prescription, uses prescription for a previous order., etc. I have complained every month for nearly a year now, escalated to Managers….with promises it will be right for the following month. But every month they fail me, causing me to be on the phone for hours rectifying there failings. So I cannot recommend.

After using Fittleworth for many years we have had our first letdown. When I ordered night cathaterbags they were in stock given delivery day,received text saying were coming and then today day of delivery got email saying out of stock got to wait another 2 weeks when hopefully they will be back in stock. Why take order when you you haven't got them. SORRY to have this moan but this is very important item in my husband s life.Had my little moan so thanks for past service and keep up good work.
