Hi, Fittleworth is the best thing that I have joined since getting my ileostomy in 1988 Fittleworth are helpful and reliable and you need stoma products on time In early 1990s I used to use my pharmacy for stoma supplies And they were poor The contractor said that I was low priority as I was the only ostomy person Fortunately whipps cross hospital stoma team recommended Fittleworth to me Fittleworth are great at progress chasing my gp (They have improved though) And fittlehub is a brilliant new system keeping a. Log of my orders Prior to fittlehub I used to email Fittleworth instead That caused us all a lot of stress So Fittleworth have helped my so many times And I am glad that Fittleworth use DPD (The only decent courier service in uk) Thanks for everything!

Fittleworths service has dramatically improved with the introduction of the Fittlehub ordering website. No more 20 minute waits on the phone to place an order ! I can place my order and check all is correct before submitting. Later I can check the GP surgery has sent the prescription so the order will be delivered on the advised date. I can still phone if I have an enquiry, and the phone is answered much quicker by a friendly voice. Very pleased with the new service, it has made the order process a much better experience.
