Lies,non delivery and no communication

I never had problems with clinidirect but when they changed to Nightingale.I have had so many problems, half order, said my surgery only issued one box of catheters, 15 in a box, 30ish days in a month, I ordered 2 boxes, 30 I need, 2 weeks to sort out, I am disabled and this stressed me out.

Can't get through, never call you back, poor service used to be really good but not any more, don't recommend using this service

I used to think Nightingale were fantastic, but since merging with Clinidirect I've had nothing but problems. Missing items, incorrect items. I have phoned. I get sent more incorrect items. have e-mailed. I get sent more incorrect items. So I shall soon have 12 boxes of an item not asked for or wantef that they refuse to take back because they are "prescription items". And none of what I wanted. They must be making money from all these errors which is why they keep making them.
