How our service works

Remove the worry of running out of the things you need. With a quick phone call you can arrange one, simple delivery to make sure you stay on top of your medication and appliances. Your order is then delivered discreetly and quickly to your door.

Your personal advisor will contact you by phone or email (your choice) on a predetermined date to take your order of appliances and medication.

Your advisor completes a stock check with you, you place your order for the next month, then arrange the most convenient delivery date. Ordering is flexible from month to month, which means you don’t end up stockpiling products unnecessarily.

Your appliances and prescriptions are delivered by either our friendly and reliable local driver or our trusted partner direct to your front door, or other specified destination.

Of course, you’re free to call your personal advisor at any time. They’ll be happy to answer any of your questions and advise you on products that best meet your needs. And, because we’re truly independent, you can request free samples from the many different manufacturers to see which one suits you best.
