My order was placed on 27th February. I emailed them 3 times to ask what was happening about my order and got no reply at all. On 31st March I rang them to be told it looked like they were chasing some information from my doctor, I don't know why as the order was plain on theoriginal email on 27th February. I have now had an email saying thar it has finally been dipsatched on 7th April. THis is not acceptable

I have found the person on the endorsement the phone to be friendly, and asks basic question to find your account. Asks how many days supply you have.and then takes your order. With it usually bring with you within a week. Even desperate orders can be with you next day or the day after.
