The staff at Ainsworths are fantastic speaking as a customer but also as a nurse. Their staff are friendly, and have an immense amount of knowledge about different products. They’re professional, deliver on time, use non branded packaging for privacy. They’re a very caring company, nothing is too much trouble.

I have used Ainsworth for almost 5 years now. I have mental health issues causing anxiety when making phone calls, but I have no problems when contacting Ainsworth. They are always helpful, friendly, polite and professional. They cut my pouches to fit the template my nurse provided. They always deliver quickly. On one occasion I needed pouches urgently and they were able to get my prescription from my GP and deliver within two days.
