The products are good. Only drawback is waiting for prescription to be signed off by surgery which can take up to on average 2 days before the products are processed this can in some cases take up to a further 2 days before delivery which is next working day. In the worst case scenario it can be longer so need to order well before you have 10-12 pouches left which can be a bit daunting.

I found that my first contact with Medilink was so friendly and reassuring. Over the years I continue to be impressed. I have a colostomy and I use their Confidence BE closed bags. My life witi a stoma is simple compared with some people I read on social media Salt Medilink have a magical adhesive removal spray. One squirt and tha adhsive separates from your skin. Deliveries are prompt and each box has a signed card in it saying who cut the bags a very nice touch. My consumables are simply bags (3 per day), adhesive remover (1 per week) and disposal bags, nothing else. In 5 years I have had about five accidents for which I must take the blame. I am a NHS patient in the UK so I have no insurance worries. Highly recomended.
