As a new customer of Coloplast I continue to be completely blown away by the customer service, the accessibility of their support staff, and their care and attention to detail. It is truly beyond exceptional which is so important when you suddenly bec9me dependent on their products. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jackie has been with me since the first time I showed interest, she took the time to listen to my issues and conditions and never once made me feel ashamed. Jackie explained to me about what Coloplast can do to help and the products they offer, I was given two free trials to see if the product was right for me. We arranged a time and date for a catch up and went from there. Turns out it’s changed my life. Jackie then told me about the prescription services and how to order again in the future. Everything is delivered to my door with DPD next day delivery, they even provided wipes and disposable bags along with a complimentary card that helps with access to public and disabled toilets. So far I am very happy with the service and the products, they have made a huge difference with my bowel movements and I am so glad I contacted them. I am in a few support groups online for my disabilities and have recommended Coloplast to many other members with similar symptoms to me.

I have used this company for 20 years and have seen changes in their service as technology has advanced. It is extremely easy to order on line and items are usually delivered within 2 days. If I need to phone for any reason everyone is very friendly and helpful .
