I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Coloplast since November 23. Currently I am trying different size bags as I have been using a standard, I'm now trying a midi and mini, the girl I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. From ordering to delivery has only been a matter of days. I am very happy with the service that I receive from Coloplast Charter.

Used to get my supplies every month with no problems but the past 3 months it's been horrendous. Twice I've actually run out of catheter bags. It's that bad I'm now having to chase orders through my GP practice (which is difficult for me having vocal chord paralysis). If I'm having to do this I'm as well cutting the middle man out and ordering directly from my Chemist. Staff are friendly, Products great but none of that matters if your not getting your orders.
