This is the best company I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Possibly the best company in the UK for customer service and assistance. Always really helpful and friendly and deliver within a couple of days.

Not a great experience with Coloplast, requested pouch cutting service, not done, order received in three separate deliveries so far. Continually reordering prescriptions, not impresses, will be back with Securicare again. Good products but poor service.

I have had two stomas for over 4 years and have always found Coloplast to be brilliant from placing an order on the phone through to delivery - if there is ever a delay (very rare) it’s down to the GP being slow with the prescription
