I have witnessed a huge decline in customer service at Charter. I have been using the company for 7 years and it’s impossible to get anything correct. The website had multiple issues that lead to being unable to order online. As a person who cannot use phone it was impossible to find a member of staff who could correctly place my order and it was wrong every month. My order was questioned every month even when ordering items I have used for years delaying my prescription for 5 weeks. I lost my named contact 5 years ago and now have no one to contact which adds to the issues. Communication is very poor and issues with products and the quality control aspect is lacking. It’s changed alot since Covid and is no longer a suitable company to rely on. I cannot rely on a company that can’t communicate.

I always receive excellent customer service from Coloplast Charter, and I value very highly the advice of their experienced support staff. If I need an urgent supply of any equipment, it is delivered with a couple of days. Before I was diagnosed with prostate cancer on 2018, I had never heard of the company before, but they've helped me from day 1 of my treatment and I certainly benefit from their great products and service.
