Coloplast Charter

I have used Coloplast Charter for nearly 7 years since my surgery in 2019. The service is excellent, I normally order on a Monday and receive my order by the following Wednesday, sometimes the next day.. I have been with Charter ever since my surgery in 2019 and have never had any problems. It is important to me knowing I can get my products on time.

I have used Coloplast Charter for the last 12 years. The service is first class and the products are excellent. I had an issue with leakage and I spoke to a lovely lady who advised me about the tapes to make the bag extra secure. If I forget to order, I simply ring them up and supplies will be sent to put my on until my order arrives. Very quick turn around from me placing my order to receiving it. Just 2 days abd my order is with me. I would highly recommend to anyone.

When i first had my stoma, I was told to ring coloplast to keep my supplies up to date. From the moment I first spoke to an operator, to the order arriving, I was amazed. Friendly, informative, helpful, and most of all reliable. I ring them when I need anything, and they are there always. If only all companies were run this well, with helpful staff and results you could rely on, then the world,would be better. I am not a fake. I am not AI.
