Used to get my supplies every month with no problems but the past 3 months it's been horrendous. Twice I've actually run out of catheter bags. It's that bad I'm now having to chase orders through my GP practice (which is difficult for me having vocal chord paralysis). If I'm having to do this I'm as well cutting the middle man out and ordering directly from my Chemist. Staff are friendly, Products great but none
