I spoke with Ella and Kelly today about an ongoing problem with my stoma! They were both extremely helpful kind understanding and sympathetic with my needs! They are both an absolute credit to Bullen healthcare. Thank you both so very much

This is my second order from Bullens. I spoke to my advisor Chloe and told her the bigger wipes were substandard and not for for purpose for a stoma. She agreed and said so many clients complained about them. I asked her if that was the only offer please do not send me them again. Lo and behold the rest of my order is brilliant and on time but yet again have those awful lathe dry wipes. My old HC company Fittleworth did the smaller wipes which I love and I am now torn to stay with Bullens or switch back.

Bullens have been excellent. Reliable, informative, and friendly. I feel they always work to make sure I'm absolutely happy with the products I receive and when I receive them. The delivery driver always puts them in the designated spot if we're out, and if it's raining they get wrapped up in a plastic bag. Well done and thanks to Bullen Health care.
