Delivery company delivering to wrong address in different Town. No communication that orders can not be fulfilled. Patient waiting for urgent and necessary supplies unaware that there will be no delivery. Patient, or carer, left to chase up missing or non-existent deliveries. Requesting the call back service that doesn't happen. Confidence lost in a company that was always reliable for the past six years.

Okay but sometimes prescriptions take ages to come through.

I spoke with Ella and Kelly today about an ongoing problem with my stoma! They were both extremely helpful kind understanding and sympathetic with my needs! They are both an absolute credit to Bullen healthcare. Thank you both so very much

This is my second order from Bullens. I spoke to my advisor Chloe and told her the bigger wipes were substandard and not for for purpose for a stoma. She agreed and said so many clients complained about them. I asked her if that was the only offer please do not send me them again. Lo and behold the rest of my order is brilliant and on time but yet again have those awful lathe dry wipes. My old HC company Fittleworth did the smaller wipes which I love and I am now torn to stay with Bullens or switch back.
