We have always received a great services. Have recently received shortfall of prescription mainly the flange. I think this could human packaging error.

Started out really good last year,then problems and delays due to trying to supply items not agreed by stoma nurses,so surgery wouldnt agree everything on prescriptions so had delays and run out of some items

I always recieve my items I need on time and always right first time excellent service stoma bags are perfect for me and fit perfectly no leaks staff are always friendly and amazing and helpful
