I have been using Fittleworth since 10/7/24 I have a stoma for life so really need a reliable and understanding supplier, the first few months was a big problem with orders, but Lucy who I had regular contact online with really exceeded and turned every problem into a 100% ( Lucy really did restore my faith ) the last 12 months have really been perfect, I have dealt with various people in customer service but

I am going to need Fittleworth for life so I am so pleased everyone who I have spoken to has always had my best interest at heart and I feel they are listening to my requirements.Thank You
