I recently moved home and couldn’t find what the packers had done with my pouches - a real emergency that will resonate with ostomates. Amcare calmly stepped in with emergency supplies, which gave me time to register with a new GP and get things regularised. And they followed up to check I had what I needed. Brilliant, personal service.
