Everytime I put an order in I get an email acknowledging my order and if on the rare occasion there out of stock and if I need them urgently they arrange to send me alternative ones to see me through till my normal ones can be delivered

I had a colostomy operation in November 2023, spending twenty days in hospital. The stoma nurses were very kind and helpful and I became involved with Rapid Care through their recommendation. I am totally satisfied with their service.
