Totally useless service, I sent emails about change in prescription process with NBT NHS. Called 3 times to explain. The staff at NBT also called them and sent necessary requirements yet they still couldn’t get the process right! Finally they suggested NBT NHS call them. I think they’ve lost the plot on who the customers are!
