Regular calls to ensure orders are placed before you run out but the despatch and delivery and not always on time. Lack of tracking information and communication during the delivery process is poor.

I use Crones & colitis HealthCare, its actually Bullens, the last three deliveries have arrived late, its because you have a cut. No I don't I have special instructions which in their infinite wisdom they deem a cut in their system. They must have changed the way they do things becuase its not been late before. I make a complaint but i NEVER have an answer

I’m new to this and the first company I worked with frightened me with ‘ we are out of stock’ ,this is a product I can’t be without ,Bullen,,we will get them to you tomorrow,no problem,professional,helpful people,thank you

Most unreliable company to deal with bordering on disgraceful. Supplies have not turned up, have been delivered to incorrect address, then double supplied. Fail to contact me monthly and i have to chase order. Formally complained on 3 occasions and NOBODY has had the courtesy to ring and appologise with regard my complaint. Now going to change suppliet
