Been using Bullens for around 5 years now and never had any problems. Always friendly and helpful.

I chose Bullen because after having my colostomy operation in 2024 , I was bombarded with phone calls from different suppliers , I had absolutely no no help or advice of who to choose , I just had to get on with it , so I chose Bullen however I was put with a lady called Julie , but whenever I tried to contact her by phone her phone lines were always full it would just say this answer service is full , end of , so I had to e.mail every time then I’d have to wait for days , if I phoned the main number I’d just get someone who didn’t know anything about me or my products then they changed the wipes to tiny tiny little wipes which are neither use or ornament , mine go in the bin , then the hand sanitizer stopped , I left and tried a different supplier they sent me the wrong bags but I was told when I phoned that they had my bags , when I phoned back to say they were wrong the man argued tried to say they weren’t wrong then only to say oh sorry we don’t stock your type of bag . So I went back to Bullen . I’m not happy because I forget when I need to order , and it would be nice if I had a company that would PHONE ME EVETY MONTH and say let’s do your order instead of me worrying about it , and also a company that wasn’t tight fisted and actually supplied stuff that we use like proper wet wipes and hand sanitizer , which is a must . Is there such a company ???

Fine as long as I chase them to make a catheter delivery or call.

Chloe my personal contact is always very prompt and efficient. If anything is not available she informs me and makes alternative arrangements.
