Delivery is terrible take to long , deliver day after they say in txt message, have missed appointments , and bought some stuff myself incase they do not turn up on time

Have had stoma since 2015 - have used bullet since then - never had a missed delivery - wrong delivery or any kind of crisis re goods supplied whatsoever – friendly - prompt - efficient much appreciated service

Never ring on the day they are meant too. Always having to ring them, but are in a queue. Used to have a named person that contacted me, but no more. Why can't we order online as would save time and phone calls. Rarely items missed off order. Delivery always prompt, with a text reminder supplies are coming. Love their grey sealaways freebees - only reason I stay with them.

Crap, they changed delivery company and came a day later than was supposed to ,even tho it said nxt day delivery, they either sending them out later or parcelforce are crap go back to dpd at least they message you with a time ,parcelforce does not twice this has happend also changed the dry wipes from white to horrible yellow
