We've been using Charter Healthcare for around 15years. My daughter has an ileostomy and I have a suprapubic catheter. Nothing is ever too much trouble when I call charter for anything. The staff that answer the phone are always polite, helpful and caring. They are very knowledgeable and if needed they chase up the Gps when they are slow to send the prescription across. We'd definitely be lost without them.
