Coloplast Charter

I have needed colostomy supplies for 5 years and have never had any issues with this company. The hospital had a contract with Coloplast and for the first three months the stoma nurses ordered my supplies and I had a check up when attending to collect my supplies but after that the stoma nurses sent a copy of my prescription to my health centre and although I had problems with my health centre once I had sorted out my prescription and it went off to Coloplast I have never had any issues with them. A new ordering system at my surgery has speeded the process up and now the surgery sent the approved prescription to Coloplast and Coloplast then let me know that they have received it and my supplies are delivered within 3 days ( unless the courier firm delivers to the wrong address) but Coloplast always lets me know when my supplies have left their depot so I can then track my parcel. The order has always been correct , well packaged and packed in a strong box.

Used for 12 years never had a problem

Coloplast Charter service I contacted Coloplast Charter to obtain details of the ingredients in one of their products to assist me in discussing the use of same with my GP. The next day I received the information required which was extremely helpful especially as I was not actually a customer as such. I call that excellent service and it was much appreciated."
