I never give anybody a 5-star review….. until now. Admittedly, I don't have any stoma care companies to compare Fittleworth to as I was lucky enough to be with them from the start of my journey. I genuinely can not fault them, they answer the phone, always, they ring you back when they say they will, reordering and supply advice is easy and freely given. All the people I have talked with seem to understand that we (the customers) are going through 'a bit of a thing', and I honestly think they make it as easy as possible and routine. I DO have one issue and it's really nothing to do with Fittleworth…….DPD! They are a nightmare. I hope Fittleworth move to another shipper.

Keep me informed and delivery dates are accurate. Don’t like the website I find it a bit difficult to order on but I ring them instead.

Stoma nurse set me up with this company on leaving hospital, upon being discharged from hospital, and that was not easy as was transferred to two further hospitals.before discharge. Fittleworth in the interim delivered essential items to a different hospital I had been sent to. When finally discharged an order was delivered to my home within a couple of days. Whenever I have contacted them, by phone or electronically, they have always been very helpful, going the extra mile. It is easy to setup ordering with them, track the progress of the order and the delivery, given advance notice and a time slot and ways of contacting couriers (DPD), by their app. I have never been let down.they deal with your go electronically to speed up getting the prescription and dispatching it. I would happily recommend this company.
