I have been undergoing various Prostate issues, procedures and operations over the last 5 - 6 years. The literature from Fittleworth helped with my dread of catheters and fear of using them, thank you so much for that, it was very much appreciated. I now find the use of them, along with the required care of course, is fine, and works perfectly. More recently, after further surgery I was advised to change the type of catheter and given a new reference type by the Urologist. One quick phone call to the Fittleworth helpdesk, and hey presto, I had the necessary code to quote to my dispensing GP/pharmacy. The required catheters arrived in less than a week, the DPD delivery driver was prompt and courteous. Overall, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fittleworth. Since the new Fittlehub was launched nothing but problems oredring. This new website doen't really remember your previous orders especially cutting instructions which should be permanently logged in their system. What a shambles!! Fire the webdesigner and IT people because they are *****. Screenshot shows as in perpetual load loop
