GoldCare is one of the leading home delivery services in the UK for all stoma, continence and anal irrigation products. Our customer service team are highly trained, friendly and enthusiastic.

As specialists dealing with daily orders for all types and makes of appliances we are also more likely than your local pharmacy to have what you need in stock.

Our community nurses are completely brand neutral with the freedom to use or recommend the most appropriate product for an individual patient. We work closely with your stoma care nurse and other health care professionals to ensure you receive the most appropriate products and care.

We have a patient-focused, brand neutral ethos, which means we provide a genuinely holistic approach to patient care.

Although GoldCare is relatively new to UK medical home delivery services, we do come with over 25 years of experience thanks to our association with GHD Gmbh, Germany’s leading home healthcare service.

GHD started in 1992 and specialises in providing essential homecare services to patients at home. Year upon year these services have expanded enormously but still centre around stoma, continence and wound care.

Building on that substantial knowledge, we work with patients and nurses to provide the most suitable products and services.

What does our service include?

• We are here to help Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
• Our service includes 24-48 hour delivery of all items upon receipt of prescription
• We have GoldCare Junior designed for our younger customers
• We can cut the flanges on your pouch to any size or shape
• We can cover filters, fasten closures or couple two piece systems if required
• Our nurses offer a support belt fitting service if required
• Freephone telephone service for use by GoldCare customers and health care professionals, 0800 592 786
• Repeat dispensing, talk to our customer care staff for details
• Electronic prescription service or our pre-paid postal service
• Our customer care team can supply samples of products from any manufacturer for you to try, free of charge
• We will sometimes liaise with your health care professional to ensure all products sent out are appropriate
