The problems arrise NOT with the supply company but with the Surgery ordering history of sending Prescriptions to the wrong place, to the local. Pharmacy

The customer care team are always polite, helpful and easy to talk to. I know I can ring with a query and have someone gently talk thing through when my own primary care teams are lacking
