The customer care team are always polite, helpful and easy to talk to. I know I can ring with a query and have someone gently talk thing through when my own primary care teams are lacking

I ordered prescription 4 weeks ago, still not recieved apparently you have to be at home betwèen 8am and dinner time, of u work its impossible
