I have found the person on the endorsement the phone to be friendly, and asks basic question to find your account. Asks how many days supply you have.and then takes your order. With it usually bring with you within a week. Even desperate orders can be with you next day or the day after.

I stupidly allowed myself to run out of base plates and with bank holiday weekend looming and a trip away I was desperate to receive some before I left. I spoke with Jack Varney first thing Monday who allocated the last 2 boxes in stock to me and would get another ordered as soon as my prescription arrived. Yesterday (Tuesday) I was contacted by Jack to let me know the base plates were on their way and wished me a nice holiday. He was thoughtful, professional and kind throughout. An asset to your company. My delivery is due this morning
