I rang this morning to notify customer services of the passing of one of their clients. I spoke to Autumn and she could not have been more understanding.

In recent years I’ve not known a company as helpful as this one. Every member of staff I have spoken with has been very helpful and supportive. The young lady I have personal dealings with is very helpful and very knowledgeable. I can not praise them enough.

Excellent service until recently. Since the shift to text messaging there have been recurrent problems. It ought to be possible to reply by text and place an order. Instead a Freephone number is provided. I prefer to aboid phone calls as it leaves me with no written record. When using e-mails there was never any problem.

Until recently this has been a superb service but in the last three months they have had no stock, sent unusable "trial" replacements and now cannot get to speak to someone to place an order. Tried the "we will hold your place in the queue and call you back" option, must be a hell of a queue I am two weeks waiting now.
