I am disappointed that I can't always get through on the telephone as that service was excellent now but the service has always been very good when using e.mails to place an order. I order the prescription on behalf of my son who has learning disabilities so placing orders via the website is not something that I wish to use as I always have to bear in mind what my son must do when I
