Start here — become a Verified Provider
Every partnership starts in the same place. Verified Provider is your verified presence on the platform: your profile, independent review collection and display, the Verified Provider mark for your site and materials, and a monthly review summary. It's an annual partnership — and everything below is exclusive to Verified Providers.
Go further — become a Verified Partner. Verified Providers who fund an ongoing partnership service become Verified Partners, the platform's top tier: the star on your site, emails and review widgets, a partner brand pack for your teams, and first access to the services below — carried for as long as your partnership support runs.
Patient Stories
Real patient voices, independently collected — 5–10 authentic stories a month, consent and usage rights handled by HCDR, cleared for use across your own sales, marketing and evidence work.
Guide Sponsorship
Your service in front of patients at the exact moment they're looking for help — a full page in HCDR's free patient guides, plus your presence in every follow-up email downloaders receive.
Patient Surveys
The honest answers you can't get from your own customers — your questions, put to an independent community, with every answer returned to you in a written report.
When available — Partner Mailings
From time to time, HCDR opens a window for Partner Mailings: three emails to our entire contact community, sent over a 3–6 week period, each followed up with a resend to anyone who didn't open it. You provide the content; we send it on your behalf. These run ad hoc, when the community calendar allows — ask about the next available window.
Our independence — what's never for sale
A review platform is only worth partnering with if patients trust it. So we're open about how HCDR is funded, and clear about what partnership never touches:
- Reviews are never for sale. No partnership buys, edits or removes a review.
- Sponsorship is always labelled. When a partner supports a guide or a project, it says so.
- Moderation doesn't change. Partner or not, every provider is reviewed by the same rules.
- Support grows the community. Every pound of partnership contribution is invested back into reaching and helping more patients.
