Fittleworth fell down on the very first order I placed. Their 'Welcome Pack' helpfully proposes that you 'order when you have at least two weeks supply left'. Having done that - and only then told that the sales office would be out of action from 1st May - 7th May - I heard nothing more. I phoned again over a week later and was told this time that the product was out of stock and given an in-stock date in 5-10 days time. Or maybe not. So what to do if you really need the prescribed products……. hope for the best.

I have been receiving products from Fittleworth now for 4 years never once has there been a problem with my order I get an e mail to remind me that my order is due I then e mail them back and I’m then e mailed a delivery date that is 100% the day your order will be delivered in a brown cardboard box with no means of identifying the contents so nobody would know what’s inside I for one can’t speak highly enough about the Fittleworth team always friendly if you ring Joan’s 100% professional
