They have difficulty fulfilling an order because of supplier delays. Fine. It happens. But to make me wait over 3 months (and counting) and STILL not acknowledge the problem is not at all good. And to keep the unavailable items as orderable on their website is an insult. Usually efficient and reliable, two consecutive orders have now been sent incomplete. An ocassional glitch won't stop me using their service but they're letting their customers, and
