Crap, they changed delivery company and came a day later than was supposed to ,even tho it said nxt day delivery, they either sending them out later or parcelforce are crap go back to dpd at least they message you with a time ,parcelforce does not twice this has happend also changed the dry wipes from white to horrible yellow

Communication was a five star, until now when l get a message from.some group saying they will contact in a few days to see if l need.to place an order. I could press.No if.l don't need.anything. I liked the costing all from zBullen.direct from the same person each month, l liked the chat whilst ordering. Now just a number

Great service i have a member of staff who calls me for my order called Julie great lady friendly and helpful takes my order tells me when it will arrive and even has time for a little chat it i gave been with Bullen for a good few years and never had a problem i know they are there for any questions i need to ask This is the company for me it works well Thank you for a great service

Only just changed over to ullens they failed to contact me to place my order. I telephoned them after waiting a week placed the order only to be told my regular bags were out of stock and they had no idea how loge it would be before they had them in stock . Eventually after a lot of complaining by me they offered to contact the nurse to ask for alternative ones . After explaining to them I only had 1 left they informed me delivery would be the following week I explained I had completely run out .eventually they did deliver them 2 days later
