Used this company for many years. Recently they have been supplying product incorrectly and not ordered. Currently have a problem with a faulty batch of Hollister impression C bags which are faulty and leak through a joint. Reported the problem 7 days ago and said the six boxes I have are from the same batch. 5 days ago replacements arrived from the same batch. Been in contact since Monday morning with no resolve or return

Reported the problem 7 days ago and said the six boxes I have are from the same batch. 5 days ago replacements arrived from the same batch. Been in contact since Monday morning with no resolve or return calls. Have had 5 bags on in the last 14 hours. Which have all leaked. I think I will be looking for a new supplier !
