Having used this company for several years now my opinion of them has progressively declined from being satisfied with most aspects of their service to one of concern and some frustration. Like many companies there has been an increasing pressure to move customers to online oredering. Unfortunately, the website and their printed invoices fail to give acurate information regarding even fundamntal information such as their email address or website address. Even when you phone to try to clarify issues of accuracy and communication the staff can give wrong information. One suspects that fundamental training and resouces is inadequate in this area. As to delivery. this leaves a lot to be desired. DPD drivers will often dump the package on the doorstep if they receve no reply after a cursory knock and fail to try nominated neighbour. Fortunately, nominated drop off points, where the customer can collect, have come to the rescue. In the end it all comes down to customer care and communication and this company is, like many others, failing to convince.
