Since undergoing colostomy surgery in August 2023, I have been dependent on Fittleworth Medical for my vital stoma supplies. Regrettably, the service has been consistently underwhelming. I find myself repeatedly having to intervene to ensure my orders are processed, which is incredibly stressful given the essential nature of these supplies. Due to these persistent issues, I have decided to switch to Respond, who have already proven to be more dependable and prompt in their service. It is my sincere hope that Fittleworth improves their processes for the benefit of their clients who rely on them for their critical healthcare needs.
