Fittleworth provide an excellent friendly service. However this is let down by DHL who deliver the order. DHL do not care about Fittleworth as a customer and consequently my deliveries sometimes arrive damaged by boxes being knocked about and left in the rain. Delivery instructions are never followed and they never inform me of impending deliveries. DHL are damaging the Fittleworth reputation for excellence with their could not care laee delivery service
