My last 4 orders have failed in one way or another with the last 2 having blame for the failure levelled at my GP surgery. The last 4 orders have required me to chase Fittleworth and find out why my order has failed. On every occasion the failures have been down to a process failure within the Fittleworth system. I am transferring my orders to an alternate provider.
