Ainsworths are a family run company and have never let me down in the five years I have been using them. My deliveries usually come within seven days with my pouches perfectly cut. They also supply complimentary wipes and disposal bags. In the past I have had problems with para-stomal hernia blockages needing surgery which changed the size of my stoma - no problem and they even posted a few emergency supplies to tide me
