I changed to Amcare a few months ago after having had many problems with Fittleworth. They promised to manage my deliveries better, but sadly this has not been the case to date. The things which have gone wrong are: - not having my products in stock and then struggling to fulfil the order - slow to fulfil order once prescription received from GP - poor communication between warehouse and their office, so if there is

The things which have gone wrong are: - not having my products in stock and then struggling to fulfil the order - slow to fulfil order once prescription received from GP - poor communication between warehouse and their office, so if there is a problem with the order this is not communicated back to the office and the client does not get informed - staff are polite and helpful and apologetic. - I hope they will improve
