Was told by the nurse when she visited (she rang me out of the blue to arrange a visit, and as I was having some problems, booked her thinking she was from the NHS) that Amcare delivered within 48 of placing an order, and as I was with Bullens and they take a week, i changed to Amcare, also liking the fact that they had their own nurse. However they simply DONT deliver within 48

Was told by the nurse when she visited (she rang me out of the blue to arrange a visit, and as I was having some problems, booked her thinking she was from the NHS) that Amcare delivered within 48 of placing an order, and as I was with Bullens and they take a week, i changed to Amcare, also liking the fact that they had their own nurse. However they simply DONT deliver within 48 hours the say its 7-14 working days and its often been well over a week!

Hi Judith, I am sorry you are having issues with deliveries, we do get the delivery out within 48 hours of receiving the prescription. We always advise to have at least 10 to 14 days worth of products left just in case it takes us longer than usual to get the prescription.
