Moved over to Amcare early 2024 following stoma surgery February and April 2023 the best decision I made.The service I've received since day one is exceptional never once as anything been too much trouble,any issues I've had whether it be my actual stoma or any products have been dealt with straight away I get fortnightly phone calls just to check in & see how I'm getting on from the amazing me+ team I can request
Moved over to Amcare early 2024 following stoma surgery February and April 2023 the best decision I made.The service I've received since day one is exceptional never once as anything been too much trouble,any issues I've had whether it be my actual stoma or any products have been dealt with straight away I get fortnightly phone calls just to check in & see how I'm getting on from the amazing me+ team I can request a call/video call or home visit with my stoma nurse if I need to everything is straight forward & dealt with very quickly No issues with my monthly orders/deliveries Next day delivery if its something I need urgently I really can't fault them & would highly recommend them to anyone everyone within Amcare is so friendly,helpful,supportive & very knowledgeable never once have i been disappointed.
