My GP surgery no longer allows companies to place orders for patients,so /i place the order with the surgery and every time I've checkedm Amcare have electronically received the 'scrip, which is already being prepared, and the order id delivered within a few days. When an item was out of stock they suggested an alternative and sent samples to try. The only thing to improve the service would be an alert that informs you when

When an item was out of stock they suggested an alternative and sent samples to try. The only thing to improve the service would be an alert that informs you when the order is due for despatch, At present I rely on the delivery company's alert to say they are expecting a parcel but doesn't indicate who it is from.

We are glad to hear the process is working well for you and our team has been able to support you through the transition of your surgery no longer allowing us to request. The notification from the delivery service provider should state that it is being sent by us, I apologise if this has not been the case.
