Very reliable, only company I have used since having my stoma 6m ago and have had not cause to consider changing. Staff are always friendly helpful and happy to make contact with my stoma nurse if I ask them about things which they are not happy to answer themselves

Product delivered by same friendly dpd driver most of the time.

If I had to have a criticism it would be that sometimes products are packed in larger
