I have been with Amcare for well over 20 years and I previously had nothing but praise for the service. However, in the last two years their service has become truly shocking. I've had incomplete orders, orders that don't turn up, orders that arrive late, base plates cut to the wrong size, base plates not cut at all, orders without bags and wipes. In fact, in the last two years I have only had one correct order arrive. Because I have been with them so long and they had a new computer system I stuck with them and gave them many chances to improve but I have now lost all confidence. The main thing you want when it comes to this kind of thing is reliability. I would previously have given them a 5 but now 1 seems too high!
