In the time that I've been getting catheters from you I have had an absolutely first class service. When you had some problems with communication and delivery during the pandemic you even sent out emergency supplies to me so that I had no problems with continuity. I've found you all totally friendly, helpful, understanding and considerate of my needs above all else. Thanks very much!
