Awful. Truly awful. Just sent my second complaint to try and get my items delivered 7 weeks after ordering. Over the last 18 months in particular things have been late, items missing, can’t get through on the phone, emails not answered. It’s been awful and I’m going elsewhere from now on. Would not recommend to anyone.
