I have been with Amcare for 21 years and was happy with their staff and performance up until early May this year. I have been with Amcare for 21 years and was happy with their staff and performance up until early May this year. I have now tried to phone them for a total time of over 2 hours and nobody has answered yet. I could try emailing but I have no faith that this will help. I have a letter from Customer Care Director Julie Gill about their problems but no real details about what they are doing to rectify the situation. I would like to continue to use them but they need to start correcting matters VERY soon
