I have only recently needed products and iv nothing but praise for the people working on these phone lines . Any question I have had they have given advice or mentioned products tht may help more , NHS has huge waiting lists and appointments are scare so without the help I have from coloplast on phone It cud be months before I was able to speak to a specialist at hospital …..the help coloplast gives
