I find Bullens staff to be extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They have got me Ostomy products for the next day delivered when I was running low. I was with Charter, only problem I had was they were tied to Coloplast products. I love the variety of Bullens. When I joined them I got a cotton good quality mattress protector as well as bag of Ostomy goodies. I especially love the lads and ladies
