I changed from Fittleworth to Bullen purely for the convenience of being advised of the delivery date. However, Bullen let me down by not delivering on the date advised and I had to chase them for the last 2 deliveries. In addition, the 'packing' of the boxes looked as though my supplies had been thrown into the box, from a great height, appearing to have just been thrown in. The last time I chased Bullen,

However, Bullen let me down by not delivering on the date advised and I had to chase them for the last 2 deliveries. In addition, the 'packing' of the boxes looked as though my supplies had been thrown into the box, from a great height, appearing to have just been thrown in. The last time I chased Bullen, I was told they would call me back. I didn't get the call. I felt a complete lack of care or empathy from both Bullen and the delivery driver. I wish I hadn't left Fittleworth now.
