Only just changed over to ullens they failed to contact me to place my order. I telephoned them after waiting a week placed the order only to be told my regular bags were out of stock and they had no idea how loge it would be before they had them in stock . Eventually after a lot of complaining by me they offered to contact the nurse to ask for alternative ones . After explaining

I telephoned them after waiting a week placed the order only to be told my regular bags were out of stock and they had no idea how loge it would be before they had them in stock . Eventually after a lot of complaining by me they offered to contact the nurse to ask for alternative ones . After explaining to them I only had 1 left they informed me delivery would be the following week I explained I had completely run out .eventually they did deliver them 2 days later
