They phone reminders every 4 week do my medicines as well as my stoma incontinence and wound care products they are willing to deliver in an emergency any were in the country last year i went away on holiday and forgot some of my items and they was willing to send it the next day to my caravan the following delivery they delivered to my caravan by mistake straight away when informed went and picked
