Had brilliant service since started but today's order was short or absent on several products despite "SHIPPED" being the same as ordered prescription. This is first time.this has happened. Took about 20 minutes to get through but Gareth W was excellent and has promised to sort out the problem and ring back when issue resolved and he has found out what has gone wrong. He was very concerned about short fall and at all times

Took about 20 minutes to get through but Gareth W was excellent and has promised to sort out the problem and ring back when issue resolved and he has found out what has gone wrong. He was very concerned about short fall and at all times was courteous and friendly. So "Thank You Gareth". Hopefully the problem will be resolved and the normal, excellent service resumed.
