Declining performance and recently very poor. They say on this forum how good they are but in reality recent experiences have been quite plainly rubbish. They say "Every point of contact with our customers is seen by our employees as an opportunity to deliver a personal service. They all consider themselves to be specialists in ‘customer care’ regardless of the role they play in successfully getting your order to you." I say that's a load
