I needed some advice about my husbands ileostomy bag as we were new to all this and having a few issues. I decided to phone Charter and was helped by a very kind, caring lady who explained so much to me. She was just lovely. I have always been impressed by how quickly supplies come.completely reliable with an efficiency that is sadly rare these days. Well done Charter 👍😀
